Module 3: Behind-the-Wheel Training
You can take this behind-the-wheel training after finishing Module 3.
Module 4: Behind-the-Wheel Training
You can take this behind-the-wheel training after finishing Module 4.
Module 5 & 6: Behind-the-Wheel Training
You can take this behind-the-wheel training after finishing Module 5 or wait until after completing Module 6.
Module 7 & 8: Behind-the-Wheel Training
You can take this behind-the-wheel training after finishing Module 7 or wait until after completing Module 8.
Module 9 & 10: Behind-the-Wheel Training
You can take this behind-the-wheel training after finishing Module 9 or wait until after completing Module 10.
Module 11 & 12: Behind-the-Wheel Training
You can take this behind-the-wheel training after finishing Module 11 or wait until after completing Module 12.
Driver License Certificate Request
You may request your Driver License Certificate after you have completed:
- All the classroom modules
- All the behind-the-wheel modules
- All 30 hours of driving practice
Driving Portion Only students may request their certificate when they have completed the behind-the-wheel training modules. In addition to completing 30 hours of driving practice; students must be registered in the “Driving Portion Only” course for a minimum of seven days to complete the required observation/demonstration hours.
**Remember, prior to & within 90 days of taking the road test, students will need to complete the state’s ITTD (Impact Texas Teen Driver) course.**
